KANBAN PLANNING:  It is used to fill the empty things. Kanban is used for when we want your stock will come within a short period like lead times will be shortly by Comparing the minimax planning.

First, we need to create an item

NAV->Item-> Master item

Now we need to create a KANBAN

NAV-> Inventory responsibility-> Kanban-> Full sequence-> New

In the source tab

Give the details as shown below

Source type: intra org

In the Kanban tab

Give the details as shown below then click on the GENERATE CARDS tab

 

After Generate Cards there is on concurrent program is running (PRINT KANABAN CARDS) check whether that program is completed or not

NAV-> request-> find

Next click on the CARDS tab and then click on the REPLENISH tab

Now see the status is changed in to the IN PROCESS

Then it should create a Move order

NAV->Move order-> Move Order

Search with the Item and click on the FIND(B) tab

 

Now we need to ALLOCATE the move order

NAV-> INV-> Move Orders-> Transact move order

Then click the ALLOCATE tab

Now see the Allocations status as SINGLE

Then click on the TRANSACT tab

Now we will go to the Kanban and search with item

NAV-> INV-> Kanban-> full sequence

Then click on the FIND tab

Then click on the CARDS tab

Now see the supply status is changed in FULL

Then click on the OPEN tab
