CUSTOMER ITEM SALES ORDER

               CUSTOMER ITEM SALES ORDER

CUSTOMER ITEM SALES ORDER: if the EBS item name is KALYAN. But customer wants call it as another name KALYANRAO for same item only in sales order screen.

 Create an ITEM

NAV->INV->Item->Master Item

Now we have to create a CUSTOMER ITEM

NAV->INV->Item->Customer Items->Customer Items

Give the Customer and Customer Item name and Code as Finished Good

And click on the Cross Reference tab

Give the EBS Item name and rank as one and save the record

Now we can Add the stock of ITEM

Give the details as shown below and save the screen

Now we can check the ON HAND QTY of Item

Now assign the ITEM to PRICE LIST

Give the details as shown below and save the screen

if we want to check the EBS Item name in sales Order screen

we need to define a FLEXIFIELD

Now let’s perform the SALES ORDER

Give the customer details and sales order type in HEADER level

Here we have to give the Item name as KALYANRAO and save the screen

Now BOOK the order

Header: BOOKED              Line: AWAITING SHIPPING

Now we can open the Shipping Transaction screen

Give the order number and click on FIND tab

Now we can PICK item by run the pick release

Here the item shown as KALYAN

Here we can see the Shipping Transaction Line status

Line status: Staged/Pick Confirm          Next Step: Ship Confirm

Now we can check the sales order line status

Line: PICKED

After completing the ship conform the sales order line status is

Line: SHIPPED

now we need to RUN the work flow background process concurrent program for closing the order

Line: CLOSED

Now we can check the ON HAND QTY of item
