                ITEM CLASSES AND ITEM CREATE

ITEM CLASSES: item classes are the asset of to create an item in fusion

NAV->Product Management->Items->Manage Item Classes

Select the Root Item Class and click on the + tab

Give the details as shown below and click on the Save and Close tab

Now click on the Edit tab

And go to the item Management and give the details as required

Now go to Security  click on + tab  and give the user name and organization

Note: if u not assign the org to this item class, we can’t create item for that particular org

Now click on the Actions tab

And click on the Search tab

Now select all and click on Apply  tab

go to Templates and Formals tab for creating your own template

give the details as shown below and click on OK tab

Now go to Overview and give the details as required

Now go to Specifications and give attributes what you need

NAV->Product Management->Product Information Management

Click on Create Item tab

Give the details as shown below and click on OK tab

Go to Associations here we can assign the item to child organizations

Now go to the manage item for check the item is associated or not to the org
