FUSION PHYSICAL COUNTING

                  PHYSICAL INVENTORY

Physical Counting:

·        Its Perform to All items. We can Perform Counting Yearly once or twice o

·        Tag Generation is there

·        Snapshot is there (Snapshot means how much Quantity of items are Available in a Sub Inventory it can identifies)

·        Re-Counting is not Applicable.

·        Manually we can Perform the Adjustments.

·        Scheduling is not applicable

Create SUB INVENTORY

NAV->Manufacturing and Supply chain material management->inventory management->manage sub inventory and locators

Now let’s create 5 items

NAV-> Product Management->Product Information Management

Click on Create Item tab


Give the details as shown below



Let’s perform the Physical Counting

NAV->Supply Chain Execution->Inventory Management     

Click on + tab


Give the details as shown below and click on Save and Close tab


Now click on Action tab

Click on Generate Physical Inventory Snapshot tab

Click on OK tab

Now check the progress status whether it is succeeded or not


Now go back to the Physical Inventory Screen and click on Action tab and click on Generate Physical Inventory Tags


Click on OK tab

Now check the progress status whether it is succeeded or not

Now go back to the Physical Inventory Screen and click on Action tab and click on Record Physical Inventory Tags

Give the Count Quantity then click on Save and Close tab

Now go back to the Physical Inventory Screen and click on Action tab and click on Approve Physical Inventory Adjustments

Give the Physical Inventory name and click on Search tab

Select every line and Approve

Click on Save and Close

Now go back to the Physical Inventory Screen and click on Action tab and click on Post Physical Inventory Adjustments

Give the Adjustments Date and click on OK tab
